The prices are decent for what you get. I have selected the higher priced front end and one-time offer #1 for my business use, although I am considering adding the reseller rights lite level. I will wait to see how the customers like what we are using, and if they would like to have such a service, I may add that as an agency service I can provide to them.
What Are The Pros and Cons of MeetZippy?
The pros are many from my perspective. The tool has a lot of features that I need and more, and it will take the place of a few different tools that I am currently using, bringing them all under one roof. There are tools that do not do as much that cost a good penny month in and month out. This is being launched at a one-time price (the options I selected).
If there are cons, it may be that the tool may be more than some people need at the moment for their business. They may think that using Skype, WhatsApp, or some other platform will suffice, they can save money. This is true, but it is my contention that every business should be striving to grow into needing a tool like this. Plus they can offer a lot more to their customer base or potential customers using the tool.
My Final Assessment of MeetZippy…
This is a strong “YES” from me, I have been in the backend, have seen how it works, I have seen that it will be a very versatile tool that will impress your clients and will interface with other tools that you may be using, and replace others that you may now be able to save money on.
It works, the team also is selling the HQ Webinar tool that complements this tool, and they support the entire funnel products quickly and solve problems that may arise, so I see no reason to think that they will do anything different after the launch, This is a major platform and will be for quite some time into the future.
The price is perhaps a bit steeper than some would want, but you are getting a tool that is going to save you much more than the price and help you grow your business and profits. It is worth the investment and then some. If you use it properly, it can become a central piece of your marketing machine.
To give you a real-life example of the support I have already received, just purchasing the tool was only possible with the help of their support team and launch staff. They worked closely with me when I explained that due to the PayPal issues that more and more online marketers like myself were having, they likely were missing out on sales. Calls, training, masterclasses, video recordings, podcasts, evergreen webinars, a page for your appointments, the slick way you can add many people in for conference calls, having the ability to use whiteboard and screen sharing, being able to move your screenshot stream around, file sharing, and more is a long cry from a simple video conferencing tool.

Interesting product. Right now in my business I’m not ready or have the need for video conferencing, but after reading your review of MeetZippy, I can see the value of it as I grow. I’m getting started in affiliate marketing, so am busy writing posts of my own, including reviews. You said that the product was good for affiliate marketing. I can see that if I’m training others, for instance, but don’t see how it will help with affiliate sales, except for maybe a mastermind group, as you said, to share ideas.

Most certainly the MeetZippy tool is a good one to promote as an affiliate. Because it offers so much value for the money, it will be a no brainer for many marketers looking for ways to combine or add new ways of communicating and selling online.
I do not promote or review that many tools or products these days because often the quality is not there, or the support is not there, or the price may not be right. I would rather stay away from reviewing bad products, too many others are already doing that.
This site focuses more on tools like MeetZippy that will help them get more done in a better fashion and not cost an arm and a leg. Often during launches, as MeetZippy is now being offered, you can also get the best prices. So not only am I going to be using it for my own business, I am recommending it to others.
Let me explain how this tool can help with affiliate sales. The sales can be enhanced by using this to record demo videos, using the whiteboard, camera and screen views, you can offer to provide follow on training, you can show bonuses, or perhaps have a mastermind, as you mention.
The important thing is that you need to get in front of your customers in as many ways as possible. Content in the written form is good. Using podcasts, videos, or chatbots are yet more ways to get that interaction going. The idea is to provide as much value as possible in as many formats as possible.

Yes, this is a tool that really blew my mind with the many features. It can be used for communicating with customers, as I will be using it for, but it can do much more. That is the reason I decie=ded to promote it on top of buying it for the business.
The one-time cost is also attractive, as it will most likely be going to a monthly fee after the launch. These kinds of tools are most often sold this way. The two tools I mentioned that we use for our business Fresh Sales and Fresh Desk are also monthly subscriptions.
It definitely offers huge value for the price, as you can do everything from calls to webinars to training, etc. This is a tool that will help make every business owner who interfaces with customers get more done and in a professional manner.

This is an exhaustive review. 🙂 Looks really interesting. I’ve had to have online meetings with people from all over the world and this may be a really good option.
My experience has been with Zoom, GoToMeeting, and Skype. All of them seem to have a lot of data overhead, which has made meetings with more than two people rather problematic. I did a meeting with Zoom between someone the California, Mumbai (India), Perth (Western Australia) and Syndey (Australia) and it was very glitchy. The obvious advantage to these is that they are free.
Perhaps I can convince a client to try it. 🙂

Yes, that glitchy thing you mention has been an issue for me too. I use Fresh Desk (customer support) and Fresh Sales (for the sales and management team), and there is a free tool I get access to called Fresh Connection that purports to do some of the things that MeetZippy does.
In fact, every tool I try is the same. So far, I have not experienced any such issues with MeetZippy, but it could be that with the launch and many new users, this kind of thing will also surface. I sure hope not. The sheer number of users of Zoom or GoToWebinar also may be affecting the way it performs I am thinking.
My guess is that it will be a long time before MeetZippy reaches that critical mass of users, and if they are proactive, they will expand their capabilities to handle the additional draw on their resources. That is my hope anyway.
The whole online meeting thing is a step forward for sure, and Skype an several others have been used for years to do this, but it has its limitations, and if you are in some countries, they block access to the calling and video calling features of Skype.
MeetZippy has an option to embed their service on a WordPress website, meaning in theory you can get around that block. That is of importance to me since I am in Dubai at the moment. Good comment and feedback, thanks for chiming in.

The MeetZippy will be mostly used for team communications and for our client on-boarding calls, but we will also tap into it for customer support. I have the chatbots which can lead users to FAQ and support forum sections, but sometimes when they need to speak to a real person, this will be the means we do it with.
There are so many other uses too that others may be able to leverage the tool for. I just used an example for affiliate marketing in another comment, and yes it is great for that. Really it depends on how you can find ways to use it where you can leverage your contact time with prospects that it shines as a tool.
As you may be able to tell, I am quite excited to add MeetZippy to our arsenal of online tools to automate processes and present a more professional look to people that we are communicating with. One feature that I did not expand on that much is the account page that you can create. It looks very professional and you can add in an appointment calendar.

As an example of just how great the support and platform team is, I brought up a problem with their payment gateway (they are using three major ones to include JVZoo, Warrior Plus, and PayKickStart) and due to the problems that some people are having now with their PayPal accounts, they likely were losing out on some sales.
In my case, one of our PayPal accounts that we have been using for years was affected by a purge that PayPal seems to be making for online marketers who have used it for years with no problem. This meant that I could not purchase the product.
Rather than give up, I pointed out the issue to support, and they provided an alternative gateway (Stripe and PayKickStart). I purchased the Front End Commercial and OTO1 Commercial products, and although I was not able to use any bonuses, at least I got the tool.
So in our conversation via email I mentioned I was able to complete the purchases and asked since I was not able to use the bonuses plus I made them aware of the payment problem (so they can offer solutions to others in the same position) and asked if that was worth a free upgrade to the reseller lite level access.
They agreed and now I am able to offer 50 FE and OTO upgrades to other marketers and get to keep the income from the sale. This really is a great token of their appreciation and shows me that they care about their customers. I will be providing a video testimonial to speak of this, but it is an unsolicited testimonial and certainly not fake.
The MeetZippy is a tool that you can use in many ways for almost any niche, and of course, as we integrate it into our sales system I am sure I will discover more ways. I will update here so people can see just how valuable a tool this really is.
The power it offers is not needed at the start of building a sole proprietorship, as you grow and start adding in more products and services, plus more staff or VAs to support the operation, the value this tool offers begins to be clear. Even a one-person operation can use this to leverage their operations, but it is especially useful for a small business like ours.

A few questions: 1) Does HQwebinar include all of the above? 2) What is included in the different monthly tiers for HQwebinar (this may answer #1). 3) How does HQwebinar compare to On24 and WebinarJam? 4) Does HQwebinar offer a countdown feature to sign up at the end of the webinar?
I ask those questions because I know launching bootcamps/trainings/services are a big business and I’ve seen a lot of online marketers use a webinar platform to gain members and it seems very effective to have a countdown at the end of the webinar for a “discount” on the service.

The exact features as I have described are included with the HQWebinar. I also have that tool already and it will integrate seamlessly with the MeetZippy tool. This adds yet more power to what you can do with the two together. I will be adding more on this part of the launch funnel soon.
On how the HQ Webinar tool compares with the other 2 tools you mention, I would recommend doing a search to look at some sites that will offer you a side by side comparison between them. From what I have seen, there are some differences, but I am quite satisfied with the features I have within HQWebinar.
Not sure on whether there is a countdown timer with HQWebinar, but you can add that in externally in any case and just let it run on the screen as you talk. I have used this method before and it works. It adds a sense of urgency and also you can add more details as it is running down.

Great review Dave. I’ve been looking for video conference platform alternative. As you said above, Skype and WhatsApp video call is not enough. I have read the features and the commercial plan sounds a good start for me and my team. Is there a polling feature integrated in the platform? I am still testing so that particular feature you are asking about (polling tool) I am not sure of but I will get back to you on that. There are some tools that you use with the MeetZippy that will work for that purpose (i.e. PerkZilla) that you can refer people to for gathering this kind of data. I have a review of that tool here – PERKZILLA REVIEW.
So far, in the minimum time that I have had to learn about the tool, I can see that there are many ways I will use the power it offers, from appointments, training, affiliate marketing, selling our own products and services, and of course for accessing new clients.

thanks for this in-depth review! A tool that provides this many features is indeed worth 47$. And having this many options in one tool can surely save one some money in the end, considering one doesn’t have to buy several products.
And there really seems to be a lot of options! Isn’t this confusing from time to time? As a beginner, I can imagine that such an amount of options could be confusing. What do you recommend?

Yes, it could be confusing at first with all the many features and tools that you gain access to with the MeetZippy tool for sure. my recommendation would be to take it a bit at a time, learn how to use each of the features, then incorporate these into your online marketing program.
For example, our immediate needs are to set up appointments and onboard our SMART Chatbot, Videos, and Video Ad clients. We will set up a page with an appointment calendar for each VA and the head folks within the company.
This way clients can easily make the appointments, and we can track and make sure that we follow through and make the calls. While the calls are taking place, we can provide demos, whiteboard graphics, files, and share screens and video within the call.
It is not quite as good as a face to face meeting but it is getting very close. Communication takes place on many levels and having visual and voice, plus the other tools like being able to show chatbot demos and video demos within the call are going to be a game changer.
Getting back to your question, there are other ways (so many) that we can harness the power this platform brings. Training internally for staff, communication between the staff, for training our customers, webinars, conference calls, etc.
So one feature at a time, we will add to our overall capabilities. This is the power of automation and technology that we all have access to these days. The disruptive leap that MeetZippy brings to the market is going to help a lot of people, from business owners to prospects and clients.

Thanks for the comprehensive review of video conferencing software meet zippy.
The price of software is affordable for may users and I like &47 plan and definitely, I will try it. Another thing I like that not everyone has to download it to attend meetings.
