1. This introductory session has piqued my interest in the SMART(ER) Business Network. Coach Dave’s enthusiasm is contagious! I’m curious about the specific training courses available in the academy site – what topics do they cover, and are they suitable for all skill levels? Additionally, I’d like to know more about the resources in the member resource shop. What kinds of software and templates are offered? The community aspect sounds fantastic, but I’m curious about the frequency of virtual meetups and the level of engagement within the forums. Lastly, what’s the recruitment contest all about, and how can members get involved? Excited to explore further!

      Mission accomplished if this has piqued your curiosity as to what the SMART(ER) Business Network might be able to offer you in your quest to get a viable, thriving, and profitable business off the ground. Because there has been so much work, so many features, and so many areas for members to leverage, we felt creating a series to explain it all was needed.

      Note that this was also reflected in feedback that we have received from visitors such as yourself who have left comments and asked questions. This also is driving our upgrades to support platforms we are building, changes and additions to courses, and more. Your input is valuable and your voice is being heard, be sure of that!

      Now let me answer those questions…

      The training is split into 3 general areas – business model courses, core competency courses, and personal and professional development courses. We also add case studies, reports, related YouTube content, etc. for members to tap into as may be needed.

      The training covers beginner-level concepts all the way to advanced courses to drill down deep into the Ws – the who, what. where, when, and why… Members who may already have a business can advance immediately to the more advanced courses, while new entrepreneurs can start at the beginning and work their way through the courses as needed and possible. 

      Business model courses cover the most viable ones in use today by small business owners, and we cover traditional models such as affiliate marketing, podcasting, drop shipping, FBA, digital products, teaching, consulting, membership sites, etc.

      We have beginner and advanced training for about 20 different models at the moment and are adding an additional 30+ models as we develop the coursework to include resource materials. Due to the new opportunities that are coming about with the introduction of AI, we are also adding several rather new models that have lots of opportunities.

      Moving on to the resources shop for members, this is a special place that will save members time and money as they build their businesses. There is a requirement to have materials, tools, and content for many tasks that business owners have. Our shop provides many of these and at a lower price than the market.

      Things like business planners (daily, weekly, monthly, business, content, social media platforms, etc.), journals for many purposes, kits of content for lead magnets, social media packages, templates, videos, and tools. The tools cover automation, productivity, marketing, and organization. 

      Things like content creation, and scheduling plus posting automation software for content, AI Staff for all sorts of tasks, WordPress premium themes, page builders, and plugins (i.e. Astra Pro, Elementor Pro, RankMath, and over 1000 other premium plugins) are in the shop too.

      As members, there is an additional 10% discount that can be applied to save even more. All the market shops that we have launched in various special areas are added to the member shop. This means that members will get everything at the best prices without having to go with other sites that charge much more. 

      Moving on to the community site, I can say that the frequency of meet-ups between members is not restricted in any way other than following the very normal rules for such a site. In regards to SMART team participation in the site and activities, that happen daily. We also conduct weekly sessions for coaching and mentoring for members and one for affiliates.

      Lastly, the recruiting contests are a way to get attention and new members into the network. It involves rewards and prizes, and as the participant registers and then brings others to do the same, lots of good things happen for all parties.  

      There are rewards such as free memberships based on the number of referrals brought to the contest and membership, and then there are cash prizes that are awarded based on the total number that sign up for the free 7-day membership in the network and another cash prize for the highest total sales amounts from referrals that upgrade.   

      This contest runs monthly, so every month there are new chances to win rewards and prizes. It is another way that we get attention, publicity, new members, and prospects. If the participant is an affiliate, they can “double dip” in that they can win rewards and prizes from the contest AND earn commissions and prizes as an affiliate.

      I have found that collaboration is essential through working globally with entities that are from different cultures, countries, and needs. Working together to get things done is a must. It is with that in mind that we created the network.

      A community can be so helpful in many ways. and having the lessons and courses, the tools and resources, and coaching and mentoring just adds icing to the lovely cake that is entrepreneurship (I was also a chef at one point as a young lad prior to moving to logistics, hence the references to food often haha)… 

      Working together makes all the difference, and you have to be a leader and a follower at times, depending on the situation. To be successful, you need to be open to new ideas, possible solutions, and ways of getting things done. People are wonderful and given the resources and opportunity, will likely do more than they themselves thought possible.

      Frequent contact as you mention is very helpful. There is so much that can be conveyed using a small amount of time and often just being there to listen is crucial, in my opinion. The network gives all members a rock to cling to no matter the figurative storms that may surround them at any given moment.

   I’m really excited to find the SMART(ER) Business Network! The first episode was a great intro to the network’s three main platforms, and it got me pumped.       If I were a new member, most definitely I would focus on two areas: the academy and the community. The academy portion will provide the training needed to determine goals, research a possible business model to pursue based on goals and circumstances, and then get a business plan together.

      The community is where the support comes into play, as there will be questions that the new member will have, from navigating the different platforms to business formation and execution questions. There are other members to help, the SMATRT team, and of course me too. 

      Also, the coaching and mentoring sessions will be posted and the dates announced for future sessions, so the new member will be able to quickly get to a comfortable position on how to use everything and then the real fun begins – getting that business off the ground, growing and calling, and success!

6. The explanatory videos are very helpful! For someone like myself that’s new to online business, I need to watch those over and over again to familiarize myself with the terminology and concepts. I like that you also offer templates, since I have no idea how I’d go about constructing content for a blog. And speaking of videos, I notice you teach how to create video ads. That’s got my attention as well, since the recent advancements in AI will undoubtedly shape the way these things are done for the foreseeable future. Is that something you’re planning to cover extensively in your training courses?

      We are currently using AI extensively for many types of videos that we create and publish across the internet via our websites, social platforms, and social media sites such as Rumble, Bit Chute, Blogger dot com, and the more traditional sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn, etc,

      This type of training is included as the AI staff within the academy have been trained to help you quickly get a video script prepared using a prompt that is stated clearly so that the output is what it is you need. That is why to get people started, we provide a huge inventory of DFY (done for you) prompts to use with our AI staff )(or any AI service).

   I’ve just embarked on the Intro Series for the SMART(ER) Business Network and I’m already finding the roadmap laid out in this episode to be immensely helpful. The video format makes the information digestible and engaging which, I believe, is essential for newcomers to grasp the foundational aspects of the network.

The World of Smarter Business is headed towards total automation.  Bots are taking on forms only imagined years ago.  Today, when we go to our favorite fast food place, the smart screen is there, eliminating the human contact (reducing payroll).  Website attendants stand at the ready 24/7 without a complaint to take your order or provide the answers.  Almost amazed that a bot didn’t pop up on that article.

   I had that in mind when I was looking for the next use of AI.  

   What is next?  A hologram attendant is activated by a motion sensor upon entrance to a facility, verifies the credentials of everyone entering the establishment, and has 100% surveillance while in the building.  How far out do you believe something like this is?

      I think that AI will continue to advance and some of the things you mention might very well become the norm over the coming years. It is vital that we all as business owners track the changes and keep up or perish doe to the competition outpacing us and making us and our services obsolete.

       Thanks for your feedback and strewn throughout the replies to the various episodes of this series (there are 20 in all that provide a detailed overview of what all is to be found within the SMART(ER) Business Network), but I can say that so far here are the main areas we have seen them used for by members and ourselves:

       (1) Blog Content. They create copy that, with the right prompts, will include keywords interspersed as per SEO guidelines and the copy is excellent and on par with some of the next copywriters I have enlisted over the years for my business. 

       (2) Video Scipts. We have used our YouTube specialists to prepare scripts and scenes, intros and outros, for a while series of sales videos for the business. They had output literally within minutes that would have taken my real-world staff members hours and dozens of revisions to get done.

       (3) Support/ We are in the process of training two of our AI Staff on support for members of the SMART(ER) Business Network. We are building 2 live agent support sites, one focusing on tools and resources, and the other on the rest of the network assets.

       (4) Suggested keywords and more – SEO…The power that AI provides in research and being able to niche down and focus on what will work for SEO is amazing,m and all free, No need to pay extra for paid high-end services any longer, this can save you hundreds of dollars a month.
