I am glad that you enjoyed checking out one of our series episodes for the SMART(ER) Business Network. Each one covers a different feature or tool or sets of tools that members gain access to for a super reasonable price. We decided to prepare these based on feedback from members.
The courses that would help members the most really are dictated by the status of the entrepreneur. If they are just starting out, most definitely the getting started courses will work best as they provide the groundwork and foundation for business.
Depending on whether or not the member has a business model in mind, they can research and discover what skills they need after determining the model they want to pursue and that would be based on their situation and goals. So if they do not have an idea or want to see what other options might fit better, they can look through the business courses.
In all cases, business owners need to keep up with the current state of the market and continue to develop skills in operations, marketing, people and time management, etc. We have courses designed to address all these subjects. The member can select and go through them as needed or desired and do so using their time schedule versus having a classroom and specific hours to deal with.

Personal development can greatly impact ones professional life and the success that one achieves. So it is very interesting to find that within the SMARTER network, there are also personal development courses available for entrepreneurs.
Who actually presents these personal development courses? Are they qualified as personal development coaches? If one complete these personal development courses, is there a qualification that one earns on completion? Thank you for elaborating.

The sources for some of the training we have are curated sessions and content from online channel owners, and we also outsource courses from professionals who do the research, prepare, and present the classes. No diploma comes with the courses, we are considering adding in certificates noting that the individual has completed the courses as reflected in our system.
In regards to qualifications, I do not have a hard and fast rule for using other’s content or my content. I have a Master’s Degree (2 actually) in Education with a focus in management and psychology. I have used the skills and experience from grad school (Boston University) in all my real-life experiences since the 80s when completing the two degrees (I also am an ABD – all but a dissertation Doctoral candidate – never completed but that’s another story!).
There are many pundits out there with strong opinions that are directly opposite to my viewpoints and they are certainly adding their two cents to everything, it seems,. They also have degrees from institutions like Harvard, Columbia, etc.
I would not have them present anything to my members though, even with all that education, They are spouting hogwash so I do not want to promote that within the network. But that is my opinion, and I may be completely wrong.
This is also why I explain that members can use the information or they can just not use that portion of the training and support that is available. There are many options, so they will not be getting shorted (or sold a bridge to nowhere)…
