Essentially, these are lead-building sales funnels that you keep very simple with a focus on one highly targeted audience. The idea is that once you set these up, you can concentrate on getting traffic to the pages and funnel…
By setting up an effective tunnel, and testing and fine tuning all parts of your funnel you will know what works over time…Then it is a matter of driving traffic to the landing or squeeze page as some call it…
Because what you will offer is of an evergreen nature, it means that it will appeal to many people over an extended period of time. You only have to go through the process once for each passive funnel…
If you take a few hours each month, you can create one to two a month, and within a year have 12 -24 such funnels up and running! This is an example of consistency and effort paying off because you will be getting leads from many sources…
These are good for a number of reasons…You can monetize the leads through selling products you own, others’ products, or services. This can be done through email marketing, which I have some training on as well for those that may be interested…
But I digress a bit here…Basically, I want to take you through the steps quickly to get a passive funnel in place and successfully deployed…We’ll get started below…
SETTING UP PASSIVE CASH FUNNELS
It starts with a marketing niche…What are you interested in, what has a large enough audience where setting up a passive cash funnel would make sense?
Step # 1 – Select a Niche.
Do some research using Google, Wikipedia, Forums, Keyword Tools, and any other source yo may have access to. You are looking for people that have either (1) a problem, (2) a passion, or (3) a combination of these…
Step # 2 – Select a Problem, Passion, or a Combination
What specific problem, passion, or combination you will focus on?
There are some questions to ask yourself as you go through this step…
(1) Is it something that is evergreen (always needed by the niche)?
(2) Is your solution of high value that they would normally pay for?
(3) How will present this offer to the audience?
Step # 3 – Create a Funnel
(1) You will need to create an ad, a sales page, and a thank you page minimally.
(2) You will need to select a lead magnet (giveaway) that will attract your targeted audience members to such a degree that they feel compelled to provide you their contact information.
(3) Use a page design that includes all the elements required to include a strong headline, secondary headline, and etc. I have some training on this if you need it right here.
(4) Some people prefer to use some ready made templates and a service to create all the pages and this is fine, there are a number of different solutions you can choose…
(5) You will also need to use an autoresponder to set up the two-step opt-in that is recommended today to avoid spam problems (you have evidence that the subscriber was a willing sign up)…
(6) You can immediately add offers to the thank you page after they sign up and also follow up with additional emails to build a relationship…
Once these are set up and deployed, you can shift the focus to getting what you have in front of the targeted audience. There are a number of means available to drive traffic…
Any way you select it will have a cost. if you want so-called free traffic, the cost is your time and effort to create content that will attract organic traffic (unpaid)…
If you pay there are also a number of options, i,e, PPC, Solo Ads, Ad Swaps, etc…These have a real cash cost, but the advantage is that you can immediately drive highly targeted (interested) prospects to your page…
Step # 4 – Getting Traffic
Once you have set the funnel up and tested it, you will know what is working, and then can scale up the traffic portion – certainly, track the pages, but focus more on getting good traffic…
Imagine doing this once a month…In a year you can have 12 such passive funnels working for you, bring you fresh leads on a daily basis…
Bottom Line or “Wrap Up”…
This is how the hugely successful online marketers have become successful…It takes planning, work, and consistency…Over time you can have a lot of success and much of what you are doing online is automated, so the best almost passive income you seek!

Of course, you can do something similar to get affiliate sales, but remember that you are trying to build your own sales market, and having a lead list or lists is still one of the best ways to make fast money quickly and over the longer term…
